15-Year-Old Charged With Murder After Beheading A Classmate

Mathew Borges, a 15-year-old from Lawrence, Massachusetts is being charged with the murder and decapitation of 16-year-old Lee Manuel Viloria-Paulino. Lee Manuel left his grandmother's house on November 18 and never made it home. The teen was later reported missing. 

Lee Manuel's body was discovered this past Thursday by a woman walking her dog near Merrimack River. The teen's body had been severely mutilated. Police reported that his head was found near his body but his forearms were missing. One officer mentioned he had never seen anything like it in his entire career. Borges made a statement to the police saying he had last seen Lee Manuel on November 18 when they both went to smoke marijuana by the river but the two had parted ways. Later that day Borges confessed to the murder to an unknown witness.

The witness told investigators that Borges told him he did something bad. He then continued to say that he had stabbed a kid and cut his head off all while motioning as if he were acting out the murder. Borges will return to court on January 10 where he will be tried as an adult. This is so horrible and unimaginable. My prayers are with this family.
